RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES WITH CH2MHILL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> ANALYSIS FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES BAYFRONT <br /> SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on or about September 13, 2000, the City entered into an <br />Agreement with CH2MHILL ("Consultant") for Professional Consulting Services <br />for Environmental Analysis for the Redwood Shores Bayfront Specific Plan (the <br /> <br />"Agreement"); and , <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement <br />to permit Consultant to prepare a Draft EIR and a Final EIR; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the South Bayside System Authority ("SBSA") has agreed to <br />pay all costs associated with Consultant's work performed as described in <br />Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Consulting Services <br /> Agreement for Environmental Analysis related to Redwood Shores <br /> Bayfront Specific Plan, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the <br /> City Clerk, is approved; and <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso/Reso.1287 1 <br />031102 <br /> <br /> <br />
