Pursuant to <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8894, adopted July 13, 1981, attached hereto as <br /> <br />"Exhibit H" and incorporated by reference, the Council adopted the <br /> <br /> <br />"Horgan Ranch Specific Plan", attached hereto as "Exhibit I" and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated by reference, thereby designating the subject <br /> <br /> <br />property as low density residential. <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Cancellation of said contract, and the proposed <br /> <br />alternate use of said land, will not result in discontiguous <br /> <br /> <br />patterns of urban development.
