LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY OF THIS PETITION The land referred to in this Report is situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo, City of Redwood City, and is described as follows: PARCEL ONE: BEGINNING at a point, the following courses and distances from the most Westerly corner of Lot 8, as said lot appears on the Map entitled "MAP OF THE LEE TRACT REDWOOD CITY CAL.", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on October 17, 1905 in Book "E" of Maps at Page 42 and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at Page 79, North 630 West 55.00 feet; South 270 West 158.00 feet: South 630 East 269.61 feet; South 270 W~st 506.61 feet and South 600 19' East 75.45 feet, said point of beginning being in the center line of a 50 foot private road; thence along said center line, South 600 19' East 460 feet~ thence leaving said center line South 290 41' West 616.72 feet; North 580 14' West 460.30 feet and North 290 41' East 600 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that certain parcel of land conveyed to Gregory Group, Inc., a California corporation, by Deed recorded November 14, 1984, under Recorder's Serial No. 84122292, Official Records, described as follows: BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of the Lands of Nakano as described in Deed recorded in Volume 2967 at Page 689, Records of San Mateo County, California, and running thence along the Southeasterly line of said parcel North 29041' East 15.56 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet through a central angle of 92005', an arc length of 24.11 feet to a point of cusp on the Southwesterly boundary of said parcel; thence along said line South 58014' East 15.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
