12/7/98 <br /> 0RIGI~IAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13523 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE MANHOLE RAISING PROJECT 1998/1999; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Manhole Raising Project <br />1998/1999 in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Manhole Raising Project 1998/1999 - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
