This Council hereby certifies that the TEWCI Senior <br /> <br />Center Addition to the Fair Oaks Community Center will be <br /> <br /> <br />available for use by all senior citizens; <br /> <br /> <br />3. This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, has or will have sufficient funds or other resources to <br /> <br /> <br />operate and maintain the senior center funded under this Program; <br /> <br />4. This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City has or will have available prior to commencement of any work <br /> <br /> <br />on the Project, matching money from a non-federal or non-state <br /> <br /> <br />source; <br /> <br />5. This Council hereby certifies that the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City will comply with all federal, state, and local <br /> <br /> <br />environmental, public health, relocation, affirmative action, and <br /> <br /> <br />clearing house requirements and all other appropriate codes, laws <br /> <br />and regulations applicable to the Project; <br /> <br /> <br />6. This Council hereby certifies that the Project included <br /> <br /> <br />in this application conforms to the Area Plan on Aging for the <br /> <br />Planning Service Area in which the senior center is located; <br /> <br /> <br />7. This Council hereby appoints the City Manager as agent <br /> <br /> <br />for the City of Redwood City to conduct all negotiations, execute <br /> <br />and submit all documents including, but not limited to, <br /> <br /> <br />applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests, reports <br /> <br />and other documents which may be necessary for the completion of <br /> <br />the aforementioned Project. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
