<br />DAS t 11/05/87 (#22) <br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10676 <br /> <br />Nav <br /> <br />9 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADVISORY <br />COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING FOR TELEPHONE AND DATA <br />COMMUNICATION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") plans to upgrade <br /> <br />and modernize its telephone and data communication systems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage a consultant to provide <br /> <br />technical assistance leading to the selection and implementation <br /> <br />of a new telephone system to meet the City's telephone and data <br /> <br />communication needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Advisory Communications Consulting has represented <br /> <br />to City that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to provide <br /> <br />such technical assistance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Advisory Communications Consulting, entitled "Technical <br /> <br />Assistance - Telephone System" (form dated 11/6/87), a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Il 067 G <br />
