WENDELL MOUNCE, A.I.A. & ASSOCIATES <br />FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE POLICE FACILITY <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City intends to remodel and construct additions to <br /> <br />the existing police facility or construct a new police facility, <br /> <br />and related parking, landscaping and other site improvements <br /> <br />("Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an architect is required for reviewing and <br /> <br />revising a needs assessment, preparing site and building <br /> <br />analyses, and preparing schematic designs for Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, H. Wendell Mounce, A.I.A. & Associates has <br /> <br />represented to City that it is qualified and experienced to <br /> <br />perform said architectural services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" (form <br /> <br />dated 9/18/87) by and between the City of Redwood City and H. <br /> <br />Wendell Mounce, A.I.A. & Associates, Project is hereby approved <br /> <br />in the total estimated sum of One Hundred Seventy-five Thousand <br /> <br />Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($175,300.00) plus the sum of <br /> <br />Eight Thousand and No/100 Dollars as a contingency fund for said <br /> <br />architectural services for Project. A copy of said agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which agreement <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />106;>4 <br />
