1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of one <br />(1) diesel powered tree stump cutter from Vermeer, Inc. for a total cost of Thirty- <br />two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-six and 86/100 Dollars ($32,656.86) pursuant to <br />the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City of Sacramento's Purchase Order <br />No. 7325998074, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Sacramento Purchase <br />Order No. 7325998074 is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3.
