This resolution shall be effective upon its <br /> <br /> <br />adoption; provided, however, the rates hereby established <br /> <br />shall be effective November 11, 1987 the effective <br /> <br /> <br />date of Ordinance No. 1959 , adopted October 12, 1987 <br /> <br />adding the Franklin Street Lot to Section 20.184 of the <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />3. From and after the effective date of the rates <br /> <br /> <br />hereby established, the City Collector may issue 1987 <br /> <br />permits for the Franklin Street Lot, at a cost of $22.50 <br /> <br /> <br />each.
