<br />DAS:n <br />DAS:nt <br /> <br />~;i~;~~R (#20)SEP 14 1987 <br />OHIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 631 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO FOR <br />CONTINUED USE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY <br />OF MADRONE STREET AND LINDEN STREET FOR A CHILDREN'S <br />PLAYGROUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department Permit No. 2947 (said Permit No. 2947 <br /> <br />was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution No. <br /> <br />6493, adopted April 26, 1971) and permitting the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City to continue occupying and utilizing certain portions of the <br /> <br />Hetch Hetchy right-of-way in the vicinity of Madrone Street and <br /> <br />Linden Street for a children's playground, subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions set forth in said revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department Land Use Permit" with drawing No. B-3435-l (dated <br /> <br />March 16, 1971 and revised June 10, 1987) attached, providing for <br /> <br />the continued use by the City of Redwood City of a portion of the <br /> <br />San Francisco Water Department's right-of-way in the vicinity of <br /> <br />Madrone Street and Linden Street for a children's playground, a <br /> <br />copy of which permit is presently on file in the office of the <br /> <br />10631 <br />
