<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />1 J:nt 9/9/87 (20) <br />SEP 1 4 1987 <br />1 0 62 9 ORIGIN.4l <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO FOR <br />CONTINUED USE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY <br />OF OAK KNOLL DRIVE AND CANYON ROAD FOR PARK AND <br />RECREATIONAL PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Land Use Permit No. 2926 (said Permit No. 2926 <br /> <br />was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution No. <br /> <br />6318, adopted June 15, 1970) and permitting the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City to continue occupying and utilizing certain portions of the <br /> <br />Hetch Hetchy right-of-way in the vicinity of Oak Knoll Drive and <br /> <br />Canyon Road for park and recreational uses, subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions set forth in said revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco <br /> <br />Water Department Land Use Permit" with drawing No. B-3333-1 <br /> <br />(dated <br /> <br />May 13, 1970 and revised June 3, 1987) attached, <br /> <br />providing for the continued use by the City of Redwood City of a <br /> <br />portion of the San Francisco Water Department's right of way in <br /> <br />the vicinity of Oak Knoll Drive and Canyon Road (commonly known <br /> <br />as Canyon Road Park) for park and recreational purposes, a copy <br /> <br />1 0 629 <br />
