<br />D. ;nt 9/10/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />SfP 1 4 1987 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE CONTINUED USE OF PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />AT RED MORTON COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 626 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain park improvements at Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park require the continued utilization of a portion of the San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department's right-af-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission of the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco superseding and revoking San <br /> <br />Francisco Water Department Permit No. 3306 (said Permit No. 3306 <br /> <br />was executed pursuant to City of Redwood City Resolution No. <br /> <br />8105, adopted July 17, 1978) and permitting the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City to continue occupying and utilizing certain portions of the <br /> <br />San Francisco Water Department's right-of-way subject to certain <br /> <br />conditions set forth in said revocable permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of said <br /> <br />revocable permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco Water <br /> <br />Department Land Use Permit", with Drawing No. C-1120, (dated June <br /> <br />6, 1978) attached, for the continued use of park improvements at <br /> <br />Red Morton Community Park in the vicinity of Madison Avenue and <br />Myrtle Street within certain real property owned by the City and <br /> <br />County of San Francisco, a copy of which permit is presently on <br /> <br />1 0 62 6 <br />
