<br />::nt 9/8/87 (#20) <br />SWC:nt 9/l4/87R <br /> <br />determined that the proposed fees will not create revenues in <br /> <br />excess of the amount required to perform those services for which <br /> <br />the fees will be charged; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby adopt those fees listed as <br /> <br />"proposed fee" in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference, for zoning and miscellaneous permits. <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 8404 is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />3.
