<br />~:nt 9/9/87 (#21) <br /> <br />(c) The effect which additional taxicab service may <br />have on traffic congestion and parking and <br />whether it will result in a greater hazard to <br />the public. <br /> <br />(d) The ability of the applicant to comply within <br />the operating requirements of Chapter 33 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. This Council having determined that the applicant, Curtis <br /> <br />L. Bunch has fully complied with all necessary requirements of <br /> <br />Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, hereby grants <br /> <br />a Certificate of Public Convenience to the aforesaid Curtis L. <br /> <br />Bunch. <br /> <br />3.
