<br />SWC:r'lik <br /> <br />8/20/87 (#21) <br />AUG 24 7987 <br />Copy <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 61 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEAPORT <br />CENTER UNIT NO. 4 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHOR I ZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Seaport Center Unit No. 4 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk & Assoc. for Seaport Centre Venture, a California general <br /> <br />partnership, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br /> <br />map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ( "Ci ty" ) for recordation, the owner or <br />subdivider (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdivider, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Seaport Center Unit No. 4 Subdivision" <br />wherein Owner, in consideration of the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owner shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owner of all work and <br /> <br />1 0 61 7 <br />
