d) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall deposit Seventy-three Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($73,300.00) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. ¢) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above-described Agreement. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Improvement of Bair Island Marina Subdivision", and those certain specifications entitled "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. 3.
