Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Seaport Center Unit 3" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"City Standard Specifications 1974", which plans and <br /> <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br /> <br />according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be <br /> <br /> <br />constructed; and <br /> <br />3. Tha t certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said OWner, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement of Seaport Center Unit No.3 Subdivision", a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
