<br />3:nt <br /> <br />8/20/87 (#20) <br />AUG 2 4 1987 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10611 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ANY AND ALL BIDS FOR THE BROADWAY <br />IMPROVEMENT AND REHABILITATION REPAIRS PROJECT; AND <br />DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10555, adopted July 6, <br /> <br />1987, the City Clerk called for bids for the Broadway <br /> <br />Improvements and Rehabilitation Repairs Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk for said project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids requested pursuant to Resolution <br /> <br />No. 10555, adopted July 6, 1987, are rejected. <br /> <br />2.
