<br />SWC:djk <br />::djk <br /> <br />8/21/87 (#21) <br />8/24/87R <br /> <br />(b) The adequacy of the existing taxicab service. <br /> <br />(c) The effect which additional taxicab service may <br />have on traffic congestion and parking and <br />whether it will result in a greater hazard to <br />the public. <br /> <br />(d) The ability of the applicant to comply within <br />the operating requirements of Chapter 33 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. This Council having determined that the applicant, <br /> <br />Roberto Lazatin has fully complied with all necessary requirements <br /> <br />of Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, hereby <br /> <br />grants a Certificate of Public Convenience to the aforesaid <br /> <br />Roberto Lazatin. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue to Roberto <br /> <br />Lazatin five (5) permits for taxicab operation in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, upon payment of the permit fees established pursuant <br /> <br />to Resolution No. 9469, adopted November 7, 1983. <br /> <br />4. The Certificate herein granted shall lapse and be of no <br /> <br />further force and effect if the certificate holder has not <br /> <br />commenced taxi operations within the City of Redwood City pursuant <br /> <br />to said Certificate on or before February 24, 1988. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
