Stein Center of Redwood City has been established for the <br /> <br />principal purpose of providing support services to children suffering <br /> <br />from terminal illness and their families in Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Stein Center of Redwood City, California, has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1987 and ending <br /> <br />June 30. 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to Stein Center of Redwood City, the sum of TWO <br /> <br />THOUSAND AND NO/lOa DOLLARS ($2,000.00) and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Stein Center of <br /> <br />Redwood City. and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 0 604 <br />
