<br />(2) Cancellation will not result in the removal of <br />adjacent lands from agricultural use. The subject property, as <br />identified by those certain Redwood City Aerial Pictures, number <br />17 and 18 of the Engineering Division of the Redwood City <br />Community Development Department, consists of three (3) isolated <br />agricultural parcels aggregating to 11.4 acres of land currently <br />bordered on the north, east and south by residential developments, <br />and on the west by residential housing and commercial <br />establishments. <br />(3) The proposed alternative use of the property is for <br />residential use, which use is consistent with the General Plan as <br />amended July 13, 1981 by Resolution No. 8893, attached hereto as <br />"Exhibit E" and incorporated by reference. Pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 8894, adopted July 13, 1981, attached hereto as <br />"Exhibit F" and incorporated by reference, the Council adopted the <br />"Horgan Ranch Specific Plan", attached hereto as "Exhibit G" and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated by reference, thereby designating the subject <br /> <br /> <br />property as low density residential. <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Cancellation of said contracts, and the proposed <br /> <br />alternate use of said land, will not result in discontiguous <br /> <br /> <br />patterns of urban development. As more particularly identified in <br /> <br />those certain Redwood City Aerial Pictures, number 17 and 18 of <br /> <br />the Engineering Division of the Redwood City Community Development <br /> <br /> <br />Department, the area surrounding the subject property has become <br /> <br /> <br />increasingly urbanized, the subject property being bordered on the <br /> <br /> <br />north, east, south, and west by property used for residential <br /> <br />3. <br />
