There were numerous <br />violations and illegal structures but due to the Christmas <br />holidays, I felt it necessary to wait until this time to... <br />proceed. <br /> <br />Due to the overcrowding of the lot, excessive lot coverage, <br />illegal plumbing and electrical, we have no other choice but <br />to ask you to abate all the accessory buildings on the <br />property except for the garage. <br /> <br />Due to the number of families living in the illegal <br />structures, we will give you 45 days to demolish the <br />structure.
