<br />SWC:djk 8/10/87 <br /> <br />(#21) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Upon consideration of the application of Raymond <br /> <br /> <br />Shanahan and Ken Rohrbach, dba Menlo Park Cab Company, for a <br /> <br /> <br />certificate of public convenience and necessity, and upon having <br /> <br />determined that the applicants have fully complied with all <br /> <br /> <br />necessary requirements of Chapter 33 of the Redwood City Code, <br /> <br />and have the ability to comply with the operating requirements of <br /> <br /> <br />said Chapter, this Council hereby grants a certificate of public <br /> <br />convenience and necessity to the aforesaid Raymond Shanahan and <br /> <br /> <br />Ken Rohrbach, dba Menlo Park Cab Company. <br /> <br /> <br />2. This Council further finds that the public convenience <br /> <br /> <br />and necessity require additional taxicab service in the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue to <br /> <br /> <br />Raymond Shanahan and Ken Rohrbach, dba Menlo Park Cab Company, <br /> <br />permi ts for three (3) taxicabs, as previously granted to Twyla <br /> <br />Bonham, plus an additional three (3) permits, for a total of six <br /> <br /> <br />(6) permits for taxicab operation in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />upon payment of the permit fees established pursuant to <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9469, adopted November 7, 1983. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
