<br />DAS:sh 7/24/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUl 2 7 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 fi 7 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR <br />AND TREE PROGRAM 1987-88; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for sidewalk repair and tree program in order to <br /> <br />maintain public sidewalks in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />sidewalk repair and tree program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />for Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program, fiscal Year 1987-88 in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, California", including all plans and <br /> <br />drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />City Engineer and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
