<br />DAS:sh 7/16/87 <br /> <br />(#20) <br /> <br />proposals for 1986-87/1987-88 Roof Replacements and Repairs, are <br /> <br />hereby found and declared to be the lowest bids for said work. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />those certain agreements entitled "Agreement for 1986-87/1987-88 <br /> <br /> <br />Roof Replacements and Repairs" by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />Ci ty and Fidelity Roof Company, Blues Roof Company and Bryant <br /> <br /> <br />Organization, Inc., for the performance of said work in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with the abovementioned bid proposals, copies of which <br /> <br />agreements are presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br /> <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bids of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Fidelity Roof Company, Blues Roof Company and <br /> <br /> <br />Bryant Organization, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to the unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidders <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by them of the contracts for the performance of <br /> <br />said work, all securities guaranteeing execution of the contracts <br /> <br /> <br />upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
