<br />DAS:sh 7/23/87 (#20) <br /> <br />ORIG/N/\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10568 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR DOWNTOWN PARKING STUDY FOR THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of a Downtown Parking Study for the City of Redwood City" (form <br /> <br />dated 7/23/87) by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Wilbur Smith and Associates of San Francisco, California, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10 I <br />~) <br />
