<br />SWC:sh 7/24/87 (#20) <br /> <br />JUL ~ 7 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10565 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS HISTORIC LANDMARKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> <br />Advisory Committee presented its recommendation to the Planning <br /> <br />Commission requesting the designation of Historic Landmark for <br /> <br />the following two (2) buildings: <br /> <br />Finger Farmhouse and Fox <br /> <br />Sequoia Theater; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon conducting a study of <br /> <br />such proposed designations, and upon the testimony received at <br /> <br />the noticed public hearing held upon such application, has <br /> <br />recommended to this Council that both buildings be designated as <br /> <br />Historic Landmarks; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council, upon consideration of the recommendation <br /> <br />of the Planning Commission, and testimony.received at the public <br /> <br />hearing upon such matter, does hereby designate the following <br /> <br />buildings as Historic Landmarks: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br /> <br />Finger Farmhouse <br />Fox Sequoia Theater <br /> <br />90 Finger Avenue <br />2221 Broadway <br /> <br />APN 052-061-160 <br />APN 052-365-090 <br /> <br />2.
