<br />JUL 27 1987 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 0 5 6 2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS AND <br />APPROVING, CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-1988 <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. <br /> <br />1895, adopted Apri~ 16, 1984, the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Maintenance District Ordinance said Council did on the 8th <br /> <br />day of June, 1987, adopt its Resolution No. 10534, "A <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention to Form Seaport Boulevard Landscape <br /> <br />Maintenance District and to Order that the Alternative Method <br /> <br />for the Levy of Benefit Assessments Be Made Applicable <br /> <br />Thereto" ; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly held, this <br /> <br />Council did on the 27th day of July, 1987, adopt its Resolu- <br /> <br />tion No. <br /> <br />, "A Resolution Overruling Protests, Ordering <br /> <br />the Formation of Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance <br /> <br />District and Ordering that the Alternative Method for the <br /> <br />Levy of Benefit Assessments be Made Applicable Thereto"; <br /> <br />10562 <br />
