<br />within 24 hours after faxing. Any party may change the contact information for notice <br />upon ten days written notice to all other parties of such change. <br />13. Modification. Except as provided in section 12 (Form of Notice), <br />there shall be no modification of this Agreement without written approval of all the <br /> <br />~ <br />settling parties. Any modification shAll be in writing. <br />14. Severability Clause. If any provision of this Agreement is held <br />invalid for any reason, all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. <br /> <br />15. Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and <br /> <br />delivered in any number of counterparts or copies ("counterpart") by the parties. When <br />each party has signed and delivered at least one counterpart to the other party hereto, each <br />counterpart shall be deemed an original and, taken together, shall constitute one and the <br />same Agreement, which shall be binding and effective as to the parties hereto. <br />16. Review and Consultation with Counsel. Each of the undersigned <br /> <br />certifies that he or she has carefully read this Agreement. Each ofthe undersigned <br />certifies that he or she has consulted legal counsel and has reviewed the terms of this <br />Agreement with the legal and other advisors ofms or her choice. Each of the <br />undersigned certifies that he or she voluntarily enters into this Agreement with full <br />knowledge that it will result in a waiver of all legal rights described in this Agreement. <br />17. Effective Date.
