<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />The Remodeling Project shall meet the following minimum requirements, and <br />shall be subject to City review and approval: <br /> <br />Front Faeade: <br />The front fayade should be temodeled to include the following: <br /> <br />. Eliminate aU front windows. <br />. Create a new double-door or alcove entrance, whereby the interior of the <br />store is not visible from the sidewalk when front door is open. <br />. Front fayade shall be repainted and attractively laid out. <br /> <br />Siens: <br /> <br />. There shall be a sign on or adjacent to the front entrance stating <br />that no one under the age of 21 is permitted to enter the premises. <br />. The business shall be limited to one, internally-illuminated sign <br />with individual letters that states the business's name. <br />. Provide details of the proposed logo. <br />. No canned signs. <br />· No neon signs. <br />· No temporary signs or banners. <br />. No other adornments or decorations. <br />. No signs contain the words "adult," "sex," "sexual," <br />or any derivation of those words. <br /> <br />Rear Facade: <br /> <br />The rear elevation shall be remodeled to include the following: <br /> <br />. Rear elevation shall be repainted. <br />. It may have the address and business name in letters that are no higher <br />than six inches. <br />. All broken windows shall be replaced. <br />
