10/26/98 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13499 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br /> PAVING OF OAK KNOLL DRIVE BETWEEN SUMMIT DRIVE <br /> AND HILLSIDE ROAD IN THE REDWOOD CITY AREA <br /> <br /> (COUNTY OF SAN MATEO) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, UAgreement - For Cost Sharing for the <br />Maintenance Paving of Oak Knoll Drive Between Summit Drive and Hillside <br />Road in the Redwood City Area," by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the County of San Mateo, a <br />political subdivision of the State of California, pursuant to which the County shall <br />share the costs for the maintenance paving of Oak Knoll Drive between Summit <br />Drive and Hillside Road in the Redwood City area, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Remo-529 <br />F~Share~Red~xxi/Council <br />DES:dJk <br />10/16/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
