10/26/98 <br /> <br /> --- ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13497 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (1) KONICA 7060 DIGITAL COPIER FOR THE POLICE <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of one (1) copier for the Police Department of the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Konica Business Technologies, Inc. of San Jose, California, <br />is the lowest responsible bidder (meeting the City's specifications) and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of Konica Business <br />Technologies, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
