the telephone system at the Fair Oaks Community Center, is hereby accepted <br />and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder <br />for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of NEC Business <br />Communications Systems (West), Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of NEC Business <br />Communications Systems (West), Inc. are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
