<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR RESURFACING <br />PORTIONS OF SAY ROAD IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLveD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Cost Sharing Agreement for the <br /> <br />Resrufacing of Portions of Bay Road from Second Avenue to Florence Street in <br /> <br />Conjunction with the City's 2006-2007 Street Overlay Project," by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo ("County"), a political subdivision of the State of <br /> <br />California, pursuant to which the County shall provide reimbursement for the Bay <br /> <br />Road resurfacing work, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />ATTYIRESOfRESO.1674 <br />121906 <br /> <br />6.3C <br />Page 5 <br />
