<br />8e <br />P'age 16 <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance <br />Shuttle Program Report for FY 06-07 <br />for the 1st Quarter Ending September 30, 2006 <br />Alliance Board of Director's Meeting 12/14106 <br /> <br />PENINSULA <br />TRAffIC <br />CONGESTION <br />REUIiF <br />ALLIANCE <br /> <br />Alliance Managed Shuttles Overview <br /> <br />The Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance Shuttle Department currently manages <br />fifteen shuttle routes and one midday commuter taxi program. Two routes serve BART <br />stations exclusively in the city of South San Francisco. Six routes serve Caltrain <br />stations exclusively in the cities of Foster City, San Mateo and South San Francisco. <br />Four routes serve both BART and.Caltrain stations with the same vehicles in the cities <br />of Brisbane, Burlingame and Foster City. The thirteenth shuttle is a non-commute hour <br />shuttle sponsored primarily by the City of Burlingame and a hotel group, while shuttles <br />fourteen and fifteen serve residents of Foster City during the midday. The Shuttte <br />Department also manages a midday on-demand taxi program in the city of South San <br />Francisco. <br /> <br />Twelve shuttle routes serve over 10 contributing consortium members and business <br />parks. This figure does not include the 70+ individual tenants of some of the pusiness <br />parks who participate on their tenants' behalf. <br /> <br />1 <br />
