Statewide One-Stop.Rebatei'rogram Agency Participation Agreement Page 5 of 7 6.1G Page 7 4.0 Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller Agency will participate in the Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller (CTCC) portion of the Program, and the Agency agrees to the following: 4.1 Work with the CouncH (or its representative) to identify target customers for the CTCC portion of the Program, including providing addresses and other contact information to ensure a successful program. 4.2 Conduct a pre-inspection of each prospective facility and cooling tower. The below data will be provided to the Council's Program project manger: 4.2.1 No pre-existing working conductivity controller is installed 4:2.1.1 No existing working conductivity controller can be installed to qualify for participation in the subsidized program 4.2.2 Size of the cooling tower (cooling capacity in tons} 4.2.2.1 Cooling tower must be, at a minimum, 50-tons to qblaijfy for participation in the subsidized program 4.2.3 Owner name 4.2.4 Facility contact person 4.2.5 Type of operation (space cooling, equipment cooting, etc.) 4.2.6 Climate zone 4.2.7 Type, size, and quantity of controller recommended 4.3 Provide monthly billing history.and water use information in all MS Excel file for participating customers for use only in reporting required under the grant from Proposition 50. [Note: Rebate recipients agree to release this information as a condition of rebate program participation.] 4.4 Provide monthly billing and water use information in an MS Excel file for participating customers for use only in reporting required under the grant from Proposition 50, beginning January 2008. [Note: Rebate recipients agree to release this information as a condition of rebate program participation.] 4.5 Reimburse the customer for up to $350 of the meter cost through the rebate processing center. 4.6 Reimburse the customer or maintenance/chemical vendor for up to $100 of the meter installation cost through the rebate proc5sing center. 4.7 Affirm the value of the Agency's in-kind contribution to the CTCC portion of the Program is at least $1,200 per rebate. 4.8 Pay for 100% of the post-inspections required for this program at a rate of $59.50 each, to be performed by the Council (or its representative).
