10/12/98 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13494 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> (FRANKLIN STREET AREA - REDWOOD CITY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City"), entered into that certain <br />agreement by and between the City, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City ("Agency"), and Shea Homes Limited Parmership ("Shea") entitled <br />"Advance Funding Agreement For the Franklin Street Project"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the terms of said Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "First Amendment to Advance Funding <br />Agreement for the Franklin Street Project", a copy of which is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, hereby is approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD Resolution Re Advance Funding Amendment <br /> AK/DES: 10/5/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
