That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Seaport Centre Venture entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />the Grading of Seaport Centre Unit #4", a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10546 <br />
