<br />nES:djk 6/17/87 (#17) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10541 <br /> <br />JUN 22 1987 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTING DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF ASPHALT CONCRETE <br />MATERIALS FOR 1987-88 AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for purchase of asphalt <br /> <br />concrete materials in order to maintain public streets in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />such purchase of asphalt concrete materials: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Water and Street Divisions' Selected Material 1987-88 <br /> <br />Asphalt Concrete - City of Redwood City, California", prepared in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of General Services and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
