The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Seaport Boulevard/Seaport <br /> <br /> <br />Court Traffic Signal Project", by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City (acting on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City) and Rosendin Electric, Inc. for the performance of <br /> <br /> <br />said work in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bids of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br />upon execution by it of the contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
