<br />SWC:sh 6/5/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 10532 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 8 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PROVISION TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN <br />IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED PROPERTY USE (GARY HIRSCH) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10505, adopted May 18, <br /> <br />1987, this Council approved and authorized execution of that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of <br /> <br />Certain Improvements and Related Property Use (Gary Hirsch)" <br /> <br />(form dated 5/13/87R): and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has subsequently been determined that a part of <br /> <br />the aforesaid agreement relating to the granting of a revocable <br /> <br />permit for a retaining wall is unnecessary and should be deleted <br /> <br />from the agreement: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a revision <br /> <br />to said agreement (form dated 6/5/87R), and it is the intention <br /> <br />of this Council to approve said revised agreement and to <br /> <br />authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Construction <br /> <br />of Certain Improvements and Related Property Use (Gary Hirsch)" <br /> <br />(form dated 6/5/87R), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Gary Hirsch, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, lS hereby approved: and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10532 <br />
