<br />SWC:sh 6/4/87 (#19) <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.I0525 <br /> <br />JUN 8 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT (SEQUOIA MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report (Sequoia Medical Office <br /> <br />Building)" (form dated 6/4/87) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Planning Analysis and Development, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br />agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10525 <br />
