'vvl <br />----- ----- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TEJIMA <br />AND ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO GEOTECHNICAL <br />INVESTIGATION OF DISTRESSED AREAS OF SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant to <br /> <br />perform geotechnical investigation of distressed areas of Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Tejima <br /> <br />and Associates, Inc. of Redwood City, California to perform such <br /> <br />services: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Tej ima and Associates, Inc. to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Tej ima and Associates, Inc. entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Geotechnical Investigation of Distressed Areas of Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard", a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement, for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0 52 4 <br />
