<br />DAS:sr 5/29/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />decisions of the Public Utili ties Commission of the State of <br /> <br /> <br />California for the purpose of providing to each premises in <br /> <br />Underground Utility District No. 1986-1 a maximum of one hundred <br /> <br /> <br />feet of individual electric service trenching and conductors (as <br /> <br /> <br />well as backfill, paving and conduit). <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined that the public <br /> <br /> <br />interest and convenience requires amending the boundaries of <br /> <br />Underground Utility District No. 1986-1 as hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The amended boundaries of Underground Utility District <br /> <br /> <br />No. 1986-1 are set forth as described in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein, entitled "Boundary Description, <br /> <br />Underground Utility District No. 1986-1." Said amended <br /> <br /> <br />boundaries are shown on the certain map entitled "Underground <br /> <br />Utility District No. 1986-1," marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto <br /> <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />4. Monday, July 6, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at the Board of <br /> <br /> <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br /> <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is stated to be the time and <br /> <br /> <br />place for hearing of objections by persons interested in the <br /> <br />proposed amendments to the boundaries of Underground Utility <br /> <br />District No. 1986-1. At said hearing the Council may make <br /> <br />further changes in the District boundaries or the facilities to <br /> <br /> <br />be placed underground, as provided by Article II of Chapter 11 of <br /> <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />by mailing and publication of copies of this resolution in <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />10523 <br />
