Said point being the most Westerly corner of Lot 6, in Block 59 as said lot and block are shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 85 and copied into Volume 1 of Maps at Page 81. THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northerly line of Shasta Street, North 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West a distance of 48.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Main Street.
