<br />DAS:sp 5/29/87 (#19) <br /> <br />(f) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owners shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />Improvement Agreement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Parkwood Estates" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Standard Specifications City of Redwood City, August, 1974", <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Parkwood Estates Subdivision", and that certain <br /> <br />proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City, the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo and said Owners, entitled "Agreement", copies of <br /> <br />which are on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, are <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreements on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />10516 <br />
