COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Any complaints received by the City concerning this program <br />will be investigated by the D/WBE by the D/WBE Liaison Officer, <br />who will endeavor to resolve said complaints within 90 days of <br />receipt. The appropriate DOT element and Caltrans will be <br />furnished a copy of the complaint and may be invited to <br />participate in the investigation/resolution.
