The property to which this quitclaim <br /> <br />pertains is all that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />2 <br />
