The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents on behalf of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the purchase of said truck in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which proposal is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br /> <br />for the full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Ricker <br /> <br />Macninery Co. is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br /> <br />lease-purchase agreement evidencing the aforesaid transaction, <br /> <br /> <br />and the City Manager, Director of Finance, or other appropriate <br /> <br />officials are hereby authorized to execute such other documents <br /> <br />as may be appropriate to perfect the acquisition of said <br /> <br /> <br />equipment through said lease-purchase arrangement; provided, <br /> <br />however, that all such documents evidencing such acquisition <br /> <br />shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
