<br />DAS:sh 11/01/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />APR 1 3 'i987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0478 <br /> <br />URiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR LANDSCAPE <br />CONSTRUCTION AND PLANTING DOLPHIN PARK RENOVATION <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for Landscape Construction and Planting Dolphin <br /> <br />Park Renovation Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Landscape Construction and Planting <br /> <br />Dolphin <br /> <br />Park <br /> <br />Renovation <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Engineering and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
